Rolling Loud introduced the lineup for the 2023 Rolling Loud California competition on Tuesday, with a jam-packed roster topped by headliners Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, Future and Lil Wayne. The three-day occasion will happen in Inglewood, California, on the 300-acre Hollywood Park Grounds adjoining to SoFi Stadium from March 3-5.
